Millard C. Freysinger Scholarship

This award was established by the family of Millard C. Freysinger in honor of Millard D. Freysinger to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in the Automotive Technology Programs and other programs at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.

1. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA.
2. Students must be a full-time or part-time student enrolled at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
3. Preference will be given to students enrolled in HACC’s Automotive Technology Program or General Motors Automotive Service Education Program.
