Mel Wenger Family Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Allen M. Wenger in honor of his father, Mel Wenger, and family. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to a student enrolled at HACC.

1. Students must be enrolled full-time or part-time at HACC.
2. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA.
3. Preference will be given to students with three years of continuous participation in Future Farmers of America (FFA) or 4-H Youth Development Organization (4-H). Students must provide a written documentation of their participation. FFA participants should provide a letter from their school’s faculty advisor. 4-H participants should provide a letter from their county coordinator.
