HACC Alumni Association Blocker and Overholt Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the HACC Alumni Association in honor of Dr. Clyde E. Blocker, the founding president of HACC, and Maurice C. Overholt, the first vice president of administration at HACC, and is awarded to provide financial assistance to a student enrolled at HACC.

1. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA.
2. Students must have successfully completed 24 credits.
3. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate community and/or HACC organizational involvement.
