Mark A. and Debra J. Whitmoyer Scholarship

This award was established by the family and friends of Mark A. Whitmoyer to provide financial assistance to students enrolled at HACC. Mr. Whitmoyer served on the HACC Foundation Board of Directors for 30 years. His life values and career focused on community development, conservation and solar energy and political interests. He also served as the chair of the Perry County Democratic Committee.

1. Students must have a minimum cumulative HACC GPA of 3.0.
2. Students must be enrolled full or part-time.
3. Students must be enrolled in HACC’s Environmental Science Program or Political Science Programs.
4. Students must reside in Perry County.
