Matthew D. Brightbill Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by The Ritter Foundation, members of Ritter Bros., Inc., family and friends in memory of Matthew D. Brightbill to provide financial assistance for students enrolled in the Building Construction Technology Program at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.

1. Students must be enrolled in the Building Construction Technology Program at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
2. Students must have successfully completed a minimum of six core credits toward his/her degree or diploma program.
3. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 in Building Construction Technology.
