1. Students must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
2. Students must be enrolled at the Lancaster Campus.
3. Students must be a resident of Lancaster County.
4. Students must be considered full-time at HACC.
5. Students must have graduated high school four or more years ago.
6. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need.
