Arthur and Olive Frank Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was developed by Nancy and Richard Shertzer to provide financial support to students enrolled at HACC.

1. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
2. Students must be enrolled full or part-time at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
3. Students must be enrolled in HACC’s Elementary/Secondary Education, Early Childhood-Elementary Education or Exercise Science- Physical Education program.
