Major Richard D. Winters Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Ed Lynch and friends to provide financial assistance to students who attend the Lebanon Campus.

1. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or a graduating high school GPA of 3.0.
2. Students must be enrolled at HACC’s Lebanon Campus.
3. Students must be an active duty or former active duty member of the US Armed Services, including the National Guard.
4. Preference is given to students with unmet financial need.
