James F. and Shirley P. Murray Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established be the estate of Shirley P. Murray in memory of James F. and Shirley P. Murray to provide annual scholarships to students enrolled in a Police Science Program, attending the HACC Police Academy or other HACC programs directly related to a career in law enforcement.

1. Students must be residents of Central Pa.
2. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA.
3. Students must be enrolled in one of the following programs (or successor programs): Police Science, Police Science Certificate Criminal Justice with the Law Enforcement Concentration or the Police Academy Pre-service students.
