Norma Gotwalt Pell Grant Ineligible Student Scholarship Award

The HACC Foundation shall give consideration to students meeting the following criteria:

1. Students must have minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
2. Students must be enrolled at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
3. Students must be ineligible for federal Pell Grant as defined by Estimated Family Contributions (EFC) which is determined by students’ Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
