Margaret Trew Cline Foundation Nursing Scholarship

This award provides financial assistance to students who are enrolled in the Practical Nursing (PN) Clinical Program at the Gettysburg Campus of Harrisburg Area Community College. The scholarship may provide at least one scholarship per academic year of up to $3,000.

1. Students must be enrolled in the clinical portion of the Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing Program at HACC’s Gettysburg Campus.
2. Students must show unmet financial need as documented through submission of the current Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
3. Students must have achieved a minimum grade point average of 2.5 as required for admission into the Clinical Nursing Program.
4. Preference will be given to students who have prior experience as home health care workers, home companions or nursing assistants; and/or who indicate the intent to enter the field of home health care and/or to work within the local community.
