Dr. E. Michael Fox Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the doctors and staff of Periodontal Associates in memory of Dr. E. Michael Fox to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in HACC’s Dental Hygiene Program.

1. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA.
2. Students must be enrolled in HACC’s Dental Hygiene Program.
