Edward R. Norford Craftsman Scholarship

This scholarship was created by the Edward R. Norford Charitable Foundation to provide financial assistance to students enrolled at HACC’s Midtown Center.

1. Students must be enrolled at HACC’s Midtown Harrisburg Center.
2. Students must have unmet financial need.
3. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
4. Students must be enrolled in Electrical Technology, Home and Building Remodeling, Technology Studies or Welding Programs.
