Roy and Ethel Herr Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the estate of James Hunter Herr to provide financial assistance to full-time students at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.

1. Students must be enrolled full-time at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
2. Students must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA.
