This scholarship was established by United Concordia Dental to provide financial assistance for students enrolled in the Dental Hygiene Program at HACC.

1. Students must be enrolled in the Dental Hygiene Program at HACC.
2. Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA.
3. Students must have unmet financial need.
