Kit Cowan Memorial Scholarship Award

The HACC Foundation shall give consideration to students meeting the following criteria:

1. Students must attend HACC’s Harrisburg Campus.
2. Students must be students in the photography and/or graphic arts programs.
3. Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. and a minimum 3.0 GPA in all ART courses.
4. Preference is given to students with unmet financial need.
