1. Students must be enrolled in these HACC programs:

• Fire Science Technology – Associate in Applied Science (AAS) (6636)
• Fire Science Technology – Certificate (6260)
• Police Science – Associate in Applied Science (AAS) (6806)

2. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher for credit courses or a satisfactory rating for noncredit courses.

3. Preference will be given to students who:

• Have graduated from William Penn Senior High School (York High School)
• Have graduated from any private or other public high school in York County and resides within the city of York.
• Are following a family member’s service with the City of York Department of Fire and Rescue Services, the York City Police Department and/or a City of York healthcare provider.
• Have unmet need
