REV. C.W. ROACH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship was established by the Roach family in memory of Rev. Clyde W. Roach to provide financial assistance for students enrolled at HACC.

First-year students must have either a high school diploma or GED; must be enrolled full-time; must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA; preference will be given to persons who are members of a minority group.

Second-year students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5; must be enrolled full-time or part-time; must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA; preference given to students enrolled full-time who plan to transfer to a four-year institution to complete their education.

Transferring students must be enrolled at HACC; must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 during their second year at HACC; must demonstrate unmet financial need as evidenced by completion of the FAFSA; may be full- or part-time; preference will be given to a student enrolled full-time; preference will be given to a student who is a member of a minority group.

These are letters required to be considered for the scholarship and cannot be from a family member.
