The HACC Foundation shall give consideration to students meeting the following criteria:
1. Student must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
2. Students must be single parents.
3. Students must be domestic violence survivors.
4. Students must reside in the following zip code areas: 17103, 17104, 17110
